Senior Employee Relations Advisor – Hybrid 6-Month Contract

Adecco is recruiting an Employee Relations Specialist on a 6-month temporary, full-time role with hybrid working in the UK. You will handle a variety of ER cases, advise managers, and help shape policies during a period of change and transformation. The role requires strong ER experience and knowledge of UK HR practice.

You will work with the People Team, building trusted relationships and driving fair, commercially aware outcomes across the organisation.
