(Senior) Assistant Manager, Financial Controllership

• Ensure accurate, timely monthly closing in line with group and institutional requirements
• Handle statutory reporting and audit requirements, ensuring financials comply with the latest IFRS standards
• Lead and review the grant management process, ensuring accurate grant accounts and compliance with policies and accounting standards
• Contribute to budgeting and rolling forecast exercises at both cluster and hospital level
• Manage operational finance processes, including operating expenditure and accruals, and purchase requisitions and orders
• Support new process and system implementations
• Work closely with internal and external auditors and stakeholders to close audit issues promptly and uphold strong corporate governance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Finance
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
