The Role
You’ll become a senior member of a collaborative engineering team responsible for delivering business‑critical software solutions and driving platform improvements.
Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and wider stakeholders, you’ll take ownership of key initiatives from design through to deployment.

- Develop and enhance modern web‑based applications and services

- Contribute to technical architecture and design decisions
- Lead development initiatives from concept to production
- Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Review code and champion engineering best practiceTroubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Mentor and support other software engineers
- Drive continuous improvement across development processes and tooling
- Contribute to the long‑term technical roadmap
