Senior Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Projects

NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial and contractual activities on a major Data Centre project in the UK. The role requires strong M&E or construction experience and proven ability to manage procurement, cost reporting and change control within a high-spec environment.

You will liaise with client teams, manage subcontractor packages and monitor performance against budget and programme, delivering value for a major international contractor.
