Senior Client Success Manager — 60+ Accounts

Perkbox is seeking a Mid-Market Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of 60+ accounts, driving engagement, retention and health. You will work with a dedicated contract manager on renewals and expansion, focusing on depth of relationships and long-term value from Perkbox.

You will monitor usage and health metrics, tailor engagement, and build champions across multiple stakeholders to ensure client success and advocacy.
