Platform Support Engineer – £50K – SaaS

Our client is fast growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, based in central London.

Within their growing Support team they’re looking to hire a technical Platform / DevOps Support Engineer.

You’ll work across Cloud, DevOps and Platform operations, supporting production services.

You’ll be key in the day-to-day operational health of the company’s products and end user support – Having real ownership of your work and good visiblity.

Project work will cover not only incident management and resolution but automation projects and even new software and application architecture.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of application support – APIs, data and SQL, monitoring and integration
• Experience of operational support, DevOps and / or platform
• An understanding of coding – Python, Java etc
• Good understanding of web applications and Cloud would be ideal
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
