Senior Credit Underwriting Leader – Hybrid

Scania Financial Services in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Credit Underwriting Manager to lead the underwriting function for Scania trucks, buses and services. You will oversee evaluation, risk assessment and responsible lending decisions while maintaining Scania’s standards.

You will manage a high-performing underwriting team, drive improvements, and partner with Sales, Credit Control and Operations to balance growth with prudent risk management. This role is hybrid and UK-based.
