Assignments may involve service recovery, inspection preparation, governance improvements, interim leadership support, mobilisation projects or wider service transformation initiatives.We are building a network of trusted consultants who can quickly assess a service, identify priorities, implement effective solutions and deliver lasting improvements.This opportunity is ideally suited to experienced Registered Managers, Operations Managers, Quality Managers and Independent Consultants with a proven track record of improving services and achieving positive outcomes.Assignments are primarily across Birmingham and the West Midlands, although occasional opportunities may arise in other areas depending on project requirements.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Operations Manager, Quality Manager or Care Consultant
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or current NMC PIN
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Proven experience improving underperforming services
- Ability to lead change and deliver measurable results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
- Enhanced DBS
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
