We’re looking for a confident and motivated Estates Technical Manager to lead a busy technical estates operation within a healthcare environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of technical estates and facilities management services.
- Manage and oversee planned and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure buildings, plant, equipment and critical systems remain safe, compliant and operational.
- Develop and manage the annual planned preventative maintenance programme.
- Ensure all health, safety, statutory and contractual requirements are met.
- Lead, motivate and develop the Estates team through coaching and support.
- Manage contractors, suppliers and key stakeholder relationships.
- Deputise for the Contract Manager when required.
- Manage operational risks and support asset replacement programmes.
- Monitor budgets, costs and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and service delivery.

- Experienced in technical estates, engineering or hard facilities management.
- A confident leader who can motivate and develop a team.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledgeable about health, safety and statutory compliance.
- Comfortable managing contractors, budgets and maintenance programmes.
- A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
