Group HSEQ Manager – Manufacturing Safety and Quality

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Group HSEQ Manager (Manufacturing) in Hertfordshire. This senior role leads Health, Safety, Environment and Quality across four UK sites, owning the HSEQ system and certifications, and driving improvements in a manufacturing context.

You will oversee audits, regulatory liaison, and ongoing accreditation maintenance while developing QA Technicians and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the group.
