Group HR Lead (FTC): Build People Strategy & AI Tools

Oakleaf Partnership in the City of London is seeking an experienced Group People Manager to lead HR across the organisation for a 12-month FTC. You will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, advise senior stakeholders, and drive the people strategy with the Chief of Staff and leadership team.

You will implement HR systems, AI tools, and robust processes while shaping a practical, business-focused HR function. Strong UK employment law knowledge and CIPD qualifications are essential.
