Senior Building Safety Manager (Residential) – Hybrid London

Critical Project Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an experienced Interim Building Safety Manager in Central London on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on overseeing building safety compliance across residential stock, with a daily rate of £347 and umbrella arrangements.

You will prepare BAC applications for Higher Risk Buildings, develop Safety Case Reports, risk assessments and Resident Engagement Strategies, and ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and fire safety legislation.
