The project will focus on enhancing the customer experience through emerging AI technologies and modern digital capabilities. Built on a new technology platform, this is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering a forward-thinking digital solution from the ground up.

• Lead delivery across external technology partners, internal developers and business process teams
• Engage business stakeholders on digital services, user experience and implementation
• Manage the phased rollout of AI-enabled capabilities
• Own project plans, risks and reporting for a high-profile digital transformation initiative
