Regional Early Years Coach for Childminders

NEAT is recruiting an Early Years Stronger Practice Adviser (EYSPA) for Childminder Provision to coach peer practitioners and lift quality in the early years sector across our region. You will support a cluster of four childminders per term, enabling evidence-informed improvements while engaging with local authorities and partners.

The role offers funded training, ongoing CPD opportunities, and a structured development path for practitioners in line with the Best Start in Life strategy.
