We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to oversee sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and day to day procurement activity across multiple business areas. This role will be instrumental in strengthening processes, enhancing accountability, and driving more informed, data led decision making through effective use of ERP systems and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver procurement and supply chain strategies aligned to business objectives
• Lead high-value negotiations across CAPEX and OPEX categories (fleet, equipment, raw materials)
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, SLAs, and key spend areas
• Drive cost savings and cross-divisional efficiencies
• Oversee ERP systems, KPI reporting, and management information for senior leadership
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Production, Warehousing, and Stores to ensure smooth operations
• Manage purchase orders, inventory control, and delivery performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations (CBAM, UKIMS, customs, Scope 3 reporting)

The successful candidate must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Experience with ERP systems and performance reporting
• Ability to drive change and influence across teams
