Residential Property Lawyer – Hybrid, Own Caseload

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to manage a full caseload in a hybrid role based in Bournemouth or Poole. You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages and related land transactions with autonomy.

3+ years’ PQE and a strong grasp of Land Law are essential, along with the ability to mentor junior colleagues and liaise with a range of stakeholders to move complex transactions to completion.
