Our client is seeking an experienced and committed Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a children’s residential home in Liverpool. You will oversee care quality, safeguarding, staff development and regulatory compliance.
You will lead a skilled team, ensure care plans reflect each young person’s needs, prepare for Ofsted inspections and drive continuous improvement in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015. Salary £50,000–£70,000; permanent, full-time.
