Senior Sub Agent – Major Civils & Fit-Out

Advance TRS is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support the construction fit-out on a large infrastructure project in London. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in reinforced concrete, structural works, temporary works and architectural fit-out.

The role demands at least 10 years in construction with 5 years as a Sub Agent, SMSTS and CSCS qualifications, and a proven track record in site delivery, sequencing and method statements. On-site attendance is five days per week.
