Advanced Clinical Practitioner: Crisis Response (Trafford/Manchester)

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Trafford Crisis Response Team. The post will deliver advanced assessments and management for adults, working across primary, secondary, and social care interfaces.

You will hold an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, have a nursing or AHP background, and be a registered independent prescriber or working toward one. The post supports 7-day extended hours and a permanent contract.
