Resident Experience & Operations Lead (12‑Month FTC)

Randstad CPE is seeking a Community Manager to assume overall operational and commercial accountability for a Build-to-Rent asset in Greater London. You will manage on-site operations, lead the team, control budgets, and ensure high resident standards.

You will partner with leasing and marketing, oversee maintenance and compliance with UK laws, and drive occupancy and resident satisfaction through robust processes and stakeholder management.
