Executive Network Legal Limited is recruiting a Clinical Negligence Solicitor in the Liverpool area, with 3–8 years PQE. The role offers a challenging caseload defending NHS Resolution and other defendant clients, including birth injury matters, with potential for remote or hybrid working.
You will run a busy caseload, draft reports, interview witnesses, instruct experts and counsel, and attend trials and ADR.
