Dual Diagnosis Nurse: Recovery-Focused Care Leader

Change Grow Live is recruiting a Dual Diagnosis Nurse to support individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance misuse needs. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing leadership and clinically robust interventions to improve outcomes, while delivering person-centred and trauma-informed care in Barnet and surrounding areas.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) on a fixed-term basis for 10 months, with pro rata salary.
