Clinical Services Manager – Nurse Leader & Care Team Coach

HC-One is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead nursing care and activities within the home. You will create and update care plans, maintain medication records, and ensure staffing through efficient rotas. You will provide coaching and support to the team while upholding NMC standards.

The role is full-time (40 hours), with potential for a four-day pattern. You will build strong external partnerships to raise the home’s profile and maintain high care standards.
