Senior Community Children’s Nurse – Hospital at Home

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in Sidcup is seeking a part-time Band 6 Senior Children’s Nurse to join the Community Children’s Nursing Team and integrated Hospital at Home Team. The post requires extensive community experience and the ability to provide high-quality care in home settings.

The role covers a seven-day service from 08:00 to 20:30 with 24-hour on-call provision for end-of-life care at home, across Bexley and Greenwich.
