Nurse Assessor – Mental Health & Disability (Travel UK)

Cygnet Health Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Assessor to manage the patient journey from referral to admission. The role involves travel to NHS and Independent sites across the UK and conducting in-depth assessments in mental health and related areas.

You will produce comprehensive reports, use advanced clinical judgement, and liaise with hospital managers to ensure the patient is placed according to need. Must hold an NMC pin and be based south of England/London.
