Hodge Hill Grange Care Home, part of Care Concern Group in Birmingham, seeks an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead clinical governance and care delivery. You will oversee care planning, medication management and risk, while driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

You will support the Home Manager, supervise nursing and care teams, and promote resident-centred care with a strong regulatory focus. A clear path for progression exists within the group.
