Strategic Lead Nurse, IMC: Elevate Patient Care

North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to shape the Clinical Business Unit’s strategic direction, improve productivity and patient experience, and model the Trust’s values.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Nursing, the post holder will operate at a senior level within the CBU, lead teams, resolve complex operational issues, and ensure policy implementation and performance management in a dynamic environment.
