Job Description:
Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking a Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner (Band 6) to join the pan-Powys service supporting women with moderate to severe mental health illness during the perinatal period.
You will work clinically and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for pregnant women and birthing parents and families, within the community. Opportunities exist for professional development within a supportive team.
