Older Adults Mental Health Social Worker – Hybrid Role

Essex County Council’s Adults Social Care is seeking an experienced social worker to join the Older Adults Mental Health team in mid-Essex. You will assess and plan with adults aged 65+, their families and carers, ensuring care Act compliance and safeguarding. The role offers hybrid working with 2-3 office days per week and travel around Essex.
