Quality Assurance Lead, Children’s Social Care (Flexible)

Staffordshire County Council is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to lead practice excellence across Children’s Social Care. You will work with the Principal Social Worker Team, using audit findings and performance information to identify improvement opportunities.

You will analyse complex data, design improvement initiatives, promote co-production with children, families, and partners, and mentor managers, social workers and auditors to raise standards and outcomes.
