Job Description:
Colbern Limited is seeking a Food Safety Practitioner or Environmental Health Practitioner for on-site inspections in West Lancashire. The role is contract-based, paying £58 per inspection, with an expected ~100 inspections to complete by end of March 2027.
The contractor will complete the carbonated inspection report and the food hygiene rating sticker on site, then submit reports and pro forma to the Council offices; council staff will handle remaining administration.
