Registered Manager — Care Services Leader & Growth

Salutem Care and Education is recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead the Wallace Mews/Wallace Lodge 18-bed service in South Shields. You will be responsible for overall operational delivery, staff management, and ensuring high standards of person-centred care under relevant CQC regulations.

You will monitor service delivery, manage budgets, supervise senior staff, and drive continuous improvement while modelling best practice in a supportive, values-driven environment.
