Rotational Clinical Pharmacist — MDT Impact & Training Focus

Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a driven Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy Team at Withybush General Hospital in Haverfordwest. You will work in a dynamic, supportive environment with training opportunities and rotations across specialties to build and develop clinical skills.

You will provide patient-focused clinical pharmacy services, be part of the MDT, and have opportunities for further qualifications including prescribing. Welsh language ability is desirable.
