Emergency Department Charge Nurse – Lead Care & Patient Flow

Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced adult Nursing Sister/Charge Nurse for our Emergency Department. The role focuses on coordinating, planning and delivering care with a multidisciplinary team in a busy, purpose-built Urgent & Emergency Care Department.

You will provide nursing leadership, clinical advice and guidance, and support the department’s operational management and patient flow, both day-to-day and in the absence of the department leader.
