Deputy Manager – Lead a Children’s Residential Care Team

CPL UK in Greenford, West London, is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager and oversee daily operations of a children’s home. You will lead residential staff, ensure care plans and risk assessments are followed, and foster strong working relationships with social workers and families.

We require a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and supervisory experience, with safeguarding knowledge and Ofsted compliance.
