Regional Adoption Manager – Recruitment & Family Support

Nottinghamshire County Council is recruiting for a Team Manager to lead the Recruitment, Assessment and Family Adoption Service within Adoption East Midlands. The role focuses on supporting families in the early stages of the adoption journey across the region and will report to the leadership team. This is a permanent, full-time post (37 hours per week) with a hybrid working pattern.

Salary is £48,738 – £54,143 per annum. Closing date 01 November 2026, interview 11 November 2026.
