Surgical First Assistant – Skilled OR Support Patient Care

Circle Health Group’s Lancaster Hospital is recruiting a Surgical First Assistant to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is 37.5 hours per week with a salary up to £41,000, depending on experience and qualification.

You will provide skilled assistance to the surgeon during operations, assist with patient positioning and sterile technique, maintain the sterile field, and communicate with patients and families to ensure dignity and comfort.
