360 Recruitment Consultant – Chelmsford
Location: Chelmsford, Essex.
P+S care and support are looking for an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in our brand-new Chelmsford office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys having full ownership of the recruitment process — from winning new business and developing client relationships through to sourcing candidates, managing interviews and successfully placing talent.
You’ll be joining a growing business with a modern new office, great facilities, a supportive team culture.
The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Developing and managing your own client portfolio
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
- Growing your own market and becoming a specialist within your sector
- Working towards and exceeding individual and team targets
- Maintaining strong candidate and client relationships
