The firm
A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and overseas. This role sits in the business services side of the firm, supporting lawyers and clients across the whole network.
The role
You will join the financial control team, reporting to the group finance manager.
- Post monthly payroll into the management accounts and explain variances
- Coordinate monthly balance sheet updates
- Own payroll and accounts payable balance sheet areas
- Be the contact for international finance teams
- Prepare quarterly consolidated balance sheets and support the UK audit
What you will need
- A professional accounting qualification
- Strong FRS 102 and financial control knowledge
- Management accounts and payroll accounting experience preferred
- Partnership or international experience would help
