The Credit Control Manager leads the Income Recovery Team and is responsible for creating a positive, supportive and accountable working environment. The role sets clear expectations, manages team performance and development, and helps colleagues handle sensitive client situations with confidence, fairness and sound judgement. Building strong relationships across the company and with external partners is central to delivering the best outcomes for clients.
