Senior Corporate Services & Governance Lead

Eirkoo is seeking a Senior Corporate Services Executive (ICSA) to manage a portfolio of corporate structures, ensure accurate records, and coordinate statutory filings. The role involves liaising with advisers and clients, and supporting AML/compliance initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a corporate services role, strong governance understanding, excellent organisation and communication, and proficient IT skills.
