Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join their dynamic team on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying business needs, analysing processes, and recommending solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement within business processes.
- Develop detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and feedback.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications, process maps, and user stories.
- Assist in the development and implementation of testing strategies to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support change management initiatives by preparing training materials and conducting training sessions as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within Tech
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficient in documenting requirements and creating process maps using industry-standard tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Experience with project management methodologies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability and flexibility in managing changing priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive approach to identifying issues and recommending solutions.
