Residential Surveyor (Assoc/RICS) – Home-Based Valuations

SRVO Valuations & Surveys is seeking a Residential Surveyor (AssocRICS or MRICS) to join our Survey and Professional Services team, delivering valuation and professional survey work for major UK lenders and private clients from a home-based setup.

You will undertake lender valuations, Red Book valuations for probate, taxation and matrimonial purposes, and Homebuyer Reports where appropriate, with realistic workloads prioritising quality and professional standards.
