Associate, Professional Indemnity (Insurance Brokers), 2 to 5 PQE

The firm

A national law firm with a strong insurance and disputes practice, acting for insurers and corporate clients.

The role

You will defend insurance brokers facing negligence claims and act for brokers in wider commercial disputes, including commission claims. You will manage your own caseload, deliver a high standard of service and get involved in business development.

What you will need

2 to 5 years PQE with litigation experience. An insurance background is useful but not essential. You will need strong written and spoken communication, good organisation and sound knowledge of court procedure.
