Want to work alongside ambitious founders building some of the region’s most exciting businesses?
We’re looking for an Investment Associate to join our Mercia Ventures’ team, investing through the Midlands Engine Investment Fund II across the East Midlands.
You’ll work across the investment journey, from finding and assessing new opportunities through to completing investments and supporting businesses as they grow.
The role will give you exposure to high-growth companies across sectors including Software & AI, Life Sciences, Consumer and Deep Tech.
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, commercially curious and great with people, with the confidence to build relationships with founders and dig into what makes a business tick.
