Interim HR Business Partner for Change & ER

Demelza is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join on a temporary basis for up to 12 months, providing hands-on HR support across the organisation. Based in Kent, you will lead on complex employee relations while supporting organisational change and ensuring fair, legally compliant processes.

A CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is preferred, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach.
