HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Engagement (Logistics)

GXO is seeking an HR Advisor to support our Amazon operation in Avonmouth. You will advise managers on employee relations, assist recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle activities, and help drive engagement.

This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. CIPD qualification or studying towards CIPD is preferred, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
