Social Worker – Learning Disability & Autism Team

Tameside Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Learning Disability and Autism Team in Ashton-under-Lyne. You will manage caseloads, undertake Care Act Assessments, create Support Plans, and handle Adult Safeguarding and Mental Capacity Assessments, contributing to best interests decisions and service signposting.

The role requires a Social Work qualification with registration, excellent communication, and a valid driving licence.
