Global HR Manager — Mission-Driven Charity

RM Recruit is partnering with a large international Christian charity to recruit an experienced HR Manager. The role oversees operational HR delivery, compliance, and policy application across a regional hub, supporting multiple locations and teams.

You will be the HR partner for the employee lifecycle, managing onboarding, appraisals, absence, payroll inputs and reporting, while ensuring HRIS is effectively used to drive data and insights. A strong knowledge of UK law is essential.
