HR Advisor — Wellbeing & Change Champion

Tyne Coast College is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver a professional generalist advisory service across the College, supporting managers and staff on people matters including employee relations and policy development.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will manage a diverse caseload, coach managers, contribute to wellbeing initiatives and help drive a positive, high-performing workplace culture at the South Shields and Wallsend campuses.
